Royal Coffee Roasting Co. started with a simple idea: this city deserves coffee that's actually good — our own beans, roasted in small batches by people who obsess over it — served in a space that feels like a deep breath, not a line to survive.
So that's what we built on S Rainbow Blvd. A café with garage doors that open to the desert morning, cold brew, handcrafted espresso drinks, breakfast croissants, quiche and pastries.
Premium coffee without the pretense. Come as you are, stay as long as you like — or take the drive-thru and keep rolling. Either way, you get the good stuff.
