Based on experience

The espresso bar, the cold brew and nitro taps, the Coffee of the Day, and a drive-thru that moves. Counter and window, mornings only.

You'll

  • Pull shots and build drinks to spec on the espresso bar
  • Work the drive-thru window and the counter through the morning rush
  • Prepare and serve the breakfast menu — quiche, breakfast croissants, and egg & cheese sandwiches on English muffins or bagels
  • Keep the bar, dining room, and patio clean and stocked
  • Learn the regulars' orders, and their names

You'll need

  • 18 or older
  • Morning availability, weekdays and/or weekends
  • A Southern Nevada Health District food handler card, or the willingness to get one
  • Espresso experience is a plus, not a must — we train

Team Lead

Run the floor. Open the shop, set the pace on the bar and at the window, and keep the crew, the drinks, and the drive-thru line moving.

You'll

  • Open the shop and run the shift from the 6 AM rush to the 3 PM close
  • Lead the bar — coach baristas on speed, consistency, and drink quality
  • Keep the drive-thru and the counter moving when the line builds
  • Handle guest questions and make it right when a drink misses
  • Run the opening and closing checklists and keep the floor stocked

You'll need

  • 18 or older
  • Experience behind an espresso bar, ideally leading a shift
  • Morning availability, weekdays and weekends, including opens
  • A Southern Nevada Health District food handler card, or the willingness to get one
  • Calm under a rush, and a coach's instinct with new baristas

Do I need experience?

No. Espresso experience is a plus, but we train every new hire on the bar, the drinks, and the drive-thru.

What are the shifts like?

We're open 6 AM to 3 PM every day, so every shift falls inside that window. Full-time and part-time, with scheduling that flexes around school, family, or a second job.

How old do I need to be?

18 or older.

Do I need a food handler card?

Clark County requires a Southern Nevada Health District food handler safety training card for anyone handling food, and we serve hot breakfast. If you don't have one yet, apply anyway — it's a short online course.

What does it pay?

Pay is based on experience. Tell us what you've done behind a bar or a counter and we'll talk numbers at the interview.

Do I need a résumé?

No. The form has a place to attach one if you have it, but a few honest sentences about you and your availability are enough.
